We are seeking a professional Financial Analyst to join a growing team in Spartanburg, SC. This is a full time, hybrid, Permanent/Direct Hire opportunity for a growing company! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a financial analysis and a bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities- Pull, compile, and validate financial data and generate recurring and ad-hoc reports
- Review and interpret reports to identify trends, variances, and KPIs
- Ensure and maintain data integrity for reporting and the general ledger
- Build dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to clearly communicate complex financial information and ensure accuracy across reporting processes
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of experience in financial analytics
- Previous experience in Microsoft Office programs, SQL, and Power BI
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
