Travel PTA - Home Health

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a Home Health position in South Carolina, requiring active or pending SC PTA licensure and a minimum of 1 year of home health experience.

Job Details

• Post-acute home health setting,

• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM,

• 5x8-hour shift format,

• 13-week contract,

• Epic EMR experience preferred but not required,

Job Requirements

• SC PTA license required prior to start date; pending license accepted for consideration,

• Current BLS certification required,

• Minimum 1 year of home health experience required; 2 years preferred,

• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration,

• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible,

Additional Information

• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront; RTO requests made after initial submission will not be considered,

• Attendance policy is in effect: missing more than two shifts during the 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review or cancellation,

• Pass/fail competency testing is administered on the first day of orientation
