The Concessions Worker prepares and serves concession items to guests, including preparing and pouring beverages and ensuring quality food presentation. Must maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy. This role will pay an hourly rate of $12.00‑$15.00 and is tip eligible.

Fifth Third Park will be one of the newest and most state‑of‑the‑art minor league baseball and entertainment facilities in the country. The ballpark will be located in downtown Spartanburg, SC and will be the home to the Hub City Spartan burgers
, an MiLB affiliate of the Texas Rangers. Fifth Third Park will host 66 professional baseball games per season and will also accommodate concerts, festivals, comedy shows, amateur sports, community gatherings, and private functions. The facility can welcome over 5,000 fans on game days and over 10,000 guests at concerts and other mass‑gathering events.

• Build orders, prepare food, and have knowledge in all areas of concessions operations.
• Maintain stock and supply levels and communicate to the Concessions Stand Manager low stock items.
• Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
• Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages responsibly; check  accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for purchase of alcoholic beverages. South Carolina Serv Safe required.
• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register and corresponding system.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co‑workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
