Stack’scloud-native software solutions for the railway industry. This roleis responsible for translating complex technical and operational requirements into clear, engaging, and efficient user experiences that enhance usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.

Working closely with theLead Designer,product managers, and engineering teams, the UI/UX Designer contributes to the design and evolution ofVisio

Stack’sdigital products by applying human-centered design principles,and best practices in UI/UX design. This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys collaborating across disciplines and creating thoughtful, data-driven design solutions in a technology-focused environment.

• Design intuitive, user friendly interfaces for web-based software applications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and ease of use
• Translate product requirements, workflows, and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and effectively implemented
• Apply usability principles to optimize navigation, information hierarchy, and interaction designs
• Partner closely with the Lead Designer to execute and support the company's creative vision across digital products
• Participate in design reviews and iterative feedback cycles to continuously refine UI/UX solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design intent, technical requirements, and business goals
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of design systems, UI standards, and visual guidelines

• Incorporate user research, usability testing, and customer feedback into design decisions
• Analyze user behavior and product usage patterns to identify opportunities for UX improvements
• Iterate on designs based on testing results, data insights, and stakeholder input
• Stay current on UI/UX trends, tools, accessibility standards, and emerging best practices

• Ensure all user interface designs align with Visio Stack's brand identity and visual standards
• Support consistency across products and platforms through thoughtful application of typography, color, layout, and interaction patterns
• Assist in creating visually engaging and professional interfaces that reinforce Visio Stack's reputation for innovation and quality

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in UI/UX design for digital products, preferably SaaS or data-driven applications
• Proficiency in Sigma and experienced in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and creative leaderships
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
