Data Center Operator Lead Technician

** Your day-to-day tasks will include:*

* Required Qualifications:

** Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent experience Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in data center hardware repair and troubleshooting operations Advanced knowledge of server, networking, and storage hardware from major OEMs (Dell, HPE, Cisco, etc.) Proven leadership experience mentoring technical teams and managing escalation processes in mission-critical environments  Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks, change management processes, and SLA compliance requirements

Experience with incident response, root cause analysis, and performance metrics tracking  Ability to work in 24/7 operational environment including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations

* Preferred Qualifications:
