Data Center Operator Technician

The Data Center Break/Fix Technician II is a mid-level technical role focused on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware-related issues in a mission-critical data center environment. As a frontline responder for server, storage, and network equipment failures, you'll work with vendor support teams and internal engineering to ensure timely resolution while maintaining structured cabling systems and following IT service management processes.

* Required Qualifications:

** High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 2-3 years of hands-on data center or IT hardware experience  

Experience with structured cabling installation and repair for both fiber and copper systems  Proficiency with diagnostic tools including BMC interfaces (iDRAC, iLO) and CLI tools for system recovery Knowledge of IT service management processes including ticketing systems and change management protocols  Ability to work within SLA time frames in high-pressure, mission-critical environments Strong documentation skills and experience with asset tracking databases and maintenance logs

* Preferred Qualifications:
