Finance Systems Analyst; Oracle

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Finance Systems Analyst (Oracle) to support and optimize Oracle Financials for its Accounting and Finance teams. This role offers the opportunity to partner with Finance and IT to improve systems, streamline processes, and support key business operations.

• Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Financials, supporting Accounting and Finance operations.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle Financials, including GL, AP, and AR modules.
• Manage Auto Invoice configurations, including customer, site, and line-item setup.
• Support automated FX rate loads and partner with IT to resolve system issues.
• Maintain Oracle configurations, including GL account segments, accounting codes, payment terms, and transaction setups.
• Execute supplier merges while ensuring data accuracy and accounting integrity.
• Maintain and update ADI Journal Templates.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test execution, accounting validation, defect documentation, and issue resolution.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify system improvements and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT on Oracle enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support audit and compliance activities through documentation and functional system expertise.
• Provide advanced functional support within established governance guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field.
• 4+ years supporting Oracle Financials in a Finance environment.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle GL, AP, and AR modules.
• Understanding of accounting processes and financial controls.
• Experience with Oracle configuration, troubleshooting, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with multi-entity environments; CPA preferred.
