Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Data Center Operations Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:- Strong incident ownership mindset (end-to-end)
- Ability to operate under pressure during critical outages
- Excellent stakeholder communication
- Experience working in global, distributed teams
- Process-oriented thinking with continuous improvement focus.
Skills:
- Strong experience in Linux administration
- Experience with Oracle databases, including performance analysis and SQL troubleshooting
- Strong experience in Shell scripting and automation
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers)
- Monitoring & observability tools
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, hybrid architectures)
- Experience with data/reporting platforms (Cognos, Power BI)
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex, multi-layer issues end-to-end
- Enterprise WMS systems, with Manhattan experience (Optional)
