Quantum Sky is seeking a PBX Technician to support a commercial client on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. You will manage adds, moves and changes via Service Now for the Novant Health environment and primarily work with Ribbon C20/A2 switches onsite.
Responsibilities include installing and troubleshooting telephony devices, configuring SIP gateways (Grand stream/Mediatrix), coordinating IP addresses with Novant Infrastructure, and performing on-site phone repairs and documentation updates.
