Role Description

The Parts Manager at Worldwide Equipment, Inc. is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenville, SC. The role involves overseeing the parts department, ensuring efficient inventory management, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and maintaining optimal stock levels. Daily tasks include supervising staff, fulfilling customer orders, monitoring sales performance, implementing pricing strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Parts Manager will also track and analyze key metrics to meet departmental and company goals while fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications
  • Experience in inventory management and supply chain operations, including tracking, ordering, and managing parts inventory
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate staff effectively
  • Sales and customer service expertise to interact with customers, vendors, and suppliers professionally and effectively
  • Proficient in using dealership management systems and other relevant software tools
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in automotive or trucking industry operations, with prior experience in parts management preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences
