We want to keep driving towards the future, so our team is currently seeking military veterans for our new Veteran Acceleration Program (VAP).

Transition from military service to a rewarding manufacturing career with BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC. VAP is a one-year, full-time program designed specifically for honorably discharged veterans looking to gain on-the-job maintenance training.

• The Opportunity: Work full-time, earn a competitive wage of $25.00/hr. , and receive full benefits (Medical, Prescription, Paid Time Off (PTO).
• The Path: Specialize in one of five high-tech areas:
  Facilities, Body Shop, Paint Shop, Assembly, or Battery.
• The Outcome: Upon graduation, you will receive a US Department of Labor Apprenticeship Certificate.

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
• Honorable discharge (within the last 3 years) or current National Guard/Reserves.
• Active-duty experience in maintenance, mechanics, electrical, electronics, or vehicle repair (MOS-related).
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
• Must pass a pre-placement physical, substance screen, and technical assessment.
