Pride Staff - Greenville is seeking a dependable and physically fit Concrete Production Associate on behalf of our manufacturing client in Spartanburg, SC.

This is a versatile role within a high-output production facility. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable with manual labor, hand tools, and heavy machinery operation.

The right candidate will assist in preparing forms and pouring concrete, with specialized opportunities for those experienced in heavy-capacity material handling and welding.

Concrete Production Associate / Heavy Duty Forklift Primary Responsibilities include:
Your main responsibility is the efficient production of concrete forms and the safe movement of heavy materials, ensuring all products meet structural specifications.

• Form Preparation:
  Build and dismantle forms, bulkheads, and block-outs; lay rebar and other structural materials accurately into forms.
• Production Support:
  Direct concrete into forms, clean out molds using air hoses, and utilize specialized pouring tools.
• Heavy Equipment Operation: (For qualified candidates) Safely operate Heavy Duty Forklifts (Hysters), Squeeze Lifts, and Spot Trucks (Yard Mules) to move large-scale concrete products.
• Facility Maintenance:
  Clean molds and surrounding plant areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Specialized Tasks:
  Assist with welding, overhead crane operation, or carpentry as needed to support production goals.
• Documentation:
  Follow verbal and written instructions to ensure all safety and quality protocols are met.

Concrete Production Associate / Heavy Duty Forklift Desired Skills and Experience include:

• Preferred Experience:
  
  1+ years in an outdoor/rugged environment (Construction, Roofing, Landscaping, or Concrete).
• Specialized
  
  Skills:
  
  Prior experience with Welding, Heavy Duty Forklifts (Hyster), Yard Mules, Squeeze Lifts, or Overhead Cranes is a significant plus.
• Physical Capability:
  Ability to stand for 12 hours; frequently lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Tool Proficiency:
  Strong experience working with manual and power hand tools.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma/GED OR 1-3 months of directly related industrial experience.
• Reliability:
  Ability to commit to a consistent Sunday-Thursday 12-hour night shift.
