Summary of Primary Functions:
To hook up concrete members to crane so that the erection lead and rigger have members readily available for setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high quality products.

* Checks fuel and lubricant levels of flat bed truck.

* Hooks up crane chokers to lifting loops or bolts on swivels depending on members.

* Loads shipping 4x4 boards off and on trailers.

* Directs truck drivers to drop-off locations.

* Unloads various erection materials off trailers and stores in proper location.

* Sends any tools and equipment up to erection crew when needed by hooking to the crane.

* Sweeps foundation before panels are set.

* Mixes grout in wheelbarrow.

* Builds grout frame boxes and pours grout around set columns.

* Helps relocate crane by raising balance legs, moving wood platforms to new location, directing crane, reposition legs until crane is level.

* Helps other crew members with ground work, helps assemble and disassemble crane.

* Performs miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor.

Experience:

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Previous experience in finishing concrete is required.
