  • Execute precision mechanical and electrical work including alignment, bearings, gearboxes, machining/fabrication, and systems ranging from 24V controls to 480V three‑phase power.
  • Drive equipment reliability through root cause analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and monitoring of key metrics such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and PM effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and implement cost‑effective solutions that improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.
EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in metals manufacturing, fabrication, or a related industrial environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a lead, senior technician, or supervisory role.
  • Technical diploma or Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Military maintenance experience or equivalent hands‑on industrial training considered a plus.
  • Experience with CMMS platforms such as Tractian, eMaint, Fiix, or Maintenance Connection preferred.
  • Familiarity with major controls platforms (e.g., Allen Bradley/Rockwell or Siemens) is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role is based in a manufacturing facility and requires daily, hands‑on work on the production floor. The Maintenance Supervisor regularly works around heavy industrial equipment including presses, roll forming lines, welding equipment, and automated systems.
