Fiber​/COLaser Machinist & CAD​/CAM Programmer

Make Precision Happen Help us turn complex prints into flawless parts. As a Fiber/CO2 Laser Machinist & CAD/CAM Programmer, you’ll set up, program, and run laser cutting equipment to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

• Operate and set up fiber and/or CO2 laser cutting machines for precision component manufacturing.
• Interpret CAD models, blueprints, and detailed drawings to plan operations.
• Program parts using G-code and/or CAM platforms (Fusion 360, AutoCAD, Solid Works, Mastercam), optimizing toolpaths and nests.
• Dial in cutting parameters for different materials and thicknesses to reduce waste and meet spec.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and safety checks to ensure reliable performance.
• Verify quality using calipers, micrometers, and gauges; confirm dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Record machine settings, programs, and maintenance actions; contribute to process documentation.
• Partner with engineering and production so tooling and processes meet safety and performance standards.
• Champion workflow improvements that decrease manual handling and increase throughput.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical diploma or associate degree in machining, manufacturing, or mechatronics (preferred).
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience programming and operating laser cutting equipment.
• CAD/CAM proficiency and fluency reading mechanical drawings and tolerances.
• Detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Manufacturing floor with machinery, noise, and metalworking activity. PPE is required at all times.
