Staff Nurse

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse located in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina area at Chandler Creek Post Acute. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate records. Other responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and their families, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

The role also involves promoting a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.

• Clinical skills such as administering medications, patient assessment, and managing medical equipment
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for record-keeping and reporting
• Knowledge of infection control procedures, patient safety practices, and regulatory compliance
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies with efficiency
• Current (RN/LPN) license in South Carolina or compact state equivalent

  Previous experience in a post-acute or long-term care setting
