White Oak Manor Spartanburg is seeking a dynamic and motivated Weekend RN Supervisor to join our team — Saturday and Sunday 7P-7A

• Part-Time RN Supervisor
• Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Schedule:
  
  Saturday and Sunday
• 7,500 Sign-on Bonus!!!
• Pay:
  Based on YOUR years of experience
• $10.00/hour shift differential

As RN Supervisor, you will:

• Assess resident care needs and implement appropriate actions
• Ensure high-quality nursing care across our 60-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility
• Implement and uphold nursing policies and procedures
• Lead, support, and guide nursing staff to deliver exceptional care
• Foster teamwork, engagement, and a positive culture

• Flexible, innovative, and solutions-driven
• Strong in leadership, communication, and critical thinking
• Organized with excellent customer service skills
• Able to collaborate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff

• Current, active RN license (in good standing)
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Long-term care and/or supervisory experience
