Dialysis Outpatient RN: Patient Care & Education

Fresenius Medical Care in Spartanburg, SC seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) as an Outpatient RN CAP 1. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Under supervision, you will collect data, adjust treatment plans, educate patients and families, and assist with hemodialysis delivery while collaborating with the care team to drive quality
