** Job Description :
**** Support Quality Assurance Activities
*** Assist in the development and execution of quality control plans and inspection procedures.
* Participate in audits and inspections of manufacturing processes and finished goods.
** Root Cause Investigation & Corrective Actions
*** Support investigations into customer-reported quality issues.
* Assist in identifying root causes using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, or Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
* Help implement and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure resolution and prevent recurrence.
** Data Collection and Analysis
*** Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
* Use statistical methods to evaluate process capability and product performance.
** Documentation and Reporting
*** Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
* Prepare reports and presentations for internal quality reviews and customer communications.
** Process Improvement
*** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing and quality processes.
* Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives.
** Compliance and Standards
*** Ensure compliance with ISO
9001:2015 standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures.
* Participate in internal audits and support external audit readiness.
** Training and Development
*** Attend training sessions on quality systems, tools, and company-specific procedures.
* Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience in quality engineering practices.
