Leasing Manager

My Niche Apartments is a real estate development and property management firm based in Charlotte, NC. As the multifamily division of Lat Purser & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate firm established in 1961, My Niche specializes in developing and acquiring class-A multifamily communities. The company operates throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, consistently delivering high-quality residential properties within thriving markets.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Spartanburg, SC for a Leasing Manager. As a Leasing Manager, you will oversee daily leasing operations, including showing apartments to prospective residents, managing lease agreements, and maintaining records. You will ensure property occupancy goals are met while fostering positive relationships with current residents to support retention. Additionally, you will conduct market research to stay competitive and assist in promoting the property through effective marketing strategies.

• Strong experience in lease management, including leasing and lease administration
• Knowledge in market research to analyze rental trends and identify opportunities
• Expertise in property management and handling day-to-day operations
• Skills in building positive relationships and fostering resident retention
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Yardi property management software and CRM is required
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team while managing responsibilities independently
• Previous experience in leasing or property management is required
