Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Assistant at PHD Properties, located in Charleston County, SC. The Licensed Assistant will support real estate operations by assisting with client communication, coordinating property showings, managing paperwork, and maintaining organized records. Tasks will include preparing and reviewing real estate forms, assisting with marketing materials for property listings, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized professional with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications
  • Active real estate license and knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and procedures
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, document preparation, and data entry
  • Experience with property marketing, listing management, and CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work effectively under deadlines
  • Familiarity with the Charleston market is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email management, and other office software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is advantageous
