POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Shift Leader to join our team! You’ll be the face of our Restaurant coming soon, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. Looking for exceptional individuals to create and keep guest service our top priority. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fun, fast paced restaurant environment.

POSITION DETAILS
  • Provide leadership and direction for assigned areas or assigned shifts
  • Effectively handle guest complaints
  • Verify that proper security policies are upheld including cash handling policies
  • Count/close registers and verify correct amounts
  • Perform end of day functions (inventory, deposits, nightly reports, etc..)
  • Ensure Quality/Service/Cleanliness standards are maintained at all times during shift. Take corrective action immediately on any deficiencies
  • Assist in ensuring Food Safety systems and processes are understood, implemented, and in compliance
  • Perform necessary tasks to meet operational standards with limited direct supervision
  • Maintain operational efficiencies through effective use of inventory and labor controls, organization, and time management
  • Ensure all FOH and Hospitality team members are Serv Safe Alcohol certified before taking floor
  • Complete weekly schedule for servers and hospitality team members. Approve with GM before posting
  • Perform assigned daily maintenance and cleaning activities
  • All other duties as assigned
MINIMUM PREFERED REQUIREMENTS
  • At least one year of restaurant experience
  • A general knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Serve-Safe Certified
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
  • Flexible working schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Must be extremely flexible and have the ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail. Must exhibit the highest level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information. Must be is self-motivated, results driven, able to handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment, flexible, willingness to understand the business, and possesses proven organizational and critical thinking skills.
