Comfort Keepers® of Spartanburg is looking for an ambitious, results-driven person who’s ready to hit the ground running. If you’re energized by cold calls, excited to walk into physician offices and senior communities, and eager to become a familiar face in town, we want to hear from you.

This isn’t a sit‑behind‑a‑desk kind of role. You’ll be out in the field—meeting referral partners, building new relationships, and putting Comfort Keepers front and center as the go‑to home care provider in Spartanburg.

• Make daily cold calls and drop‑ins to physician offices, hospitals, skilled nursing, and assisted living facilities
• Build relationships with both medical and non‑medical referral sources (financial planners, clergy, realtors, etc.)
• Educate the community on how Comfort Keepers helps seniors thrive at home through individualized care plans and Interactive Caregiving™
• Represent the Comfort Keepers brand at local events, expos, and sponsorship opportunities to boost visibility and awareness
• Track outreach, follow up persistently, and help grow our client base in Spartanburg and surrounding areas

• Hungry, motivated, and fearless when it comes to cold outreach and in‑person visits
• Confident communicator who enjoys public speaking, networking, and relationship‑building
• Passion for senior care and helping families navigate difficult decisions with empathy and integrity
• Familiarity with the Spartanburg area and surrounding communities is a major plus
• Prior experience in healthcare sales, referral development, or community relations is helpful—but grit and enthusiasm matter most

Compensation to start between $60,000–$68,000 annually, quarterly bonus plan, major healthcare benefits, 401K, company car and more.
