North Mark Strategies LLC is seeking a SOC Supervisor in Spartanburg, SC to lead day‑to‑day physical security across data centre facilities. You will supervise SOC guard personnel, coordinate with Facilities, Operations, and the GSOC, and ensure policy compliance and timely incident response.
You will manage scheduling, training, and KPI reporting for a 12+ person team, oversee access control and surveillance systems, and drive continuous security program improvements on-site.
