In this armed, driving role supporting a financial institution construction location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture through teamwork and integrity.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols of construction areas, office spaces, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.

+ Monitor access to restricted work areas, verify credentials as assigned, and help maintain orderly entry and exit of personnel, deliveries, and vehicles.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable armed post protocols.

+ Prepare clear and timely activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications for Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ At this site, there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and a rustic guard shack.

+ An armed guard card or license is preferred.

+ Handcuffing certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
