Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician based in Columbia, SC, and surrounding area. The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and conducting repairs for heating and air conditioning systems. The role also involves responding to customer service requests, ensuring all work meets quality standards, and following safety protocols.

Maintaining customer satisfaction and effective communication with both clients and team members are essential aspects of the job.

• Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems
• Customer Satisfaction skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve client concerns
• Possession of relevant certifications, such as EPA certification, is required
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience working in a hybrid setting is a plus
