1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
$28/hour | 6 week temporary

Position Summary

The Facilities Technician II performs semi-skilled and skilled maintenance, repair, and construction tasks for company buildings and grounds. This entry-level role in the Facilities Project Department works under supervision and gains increasing responsibility with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance using Fiix PM system
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• Complete work orders and inspections with proper documentation
• Maintain lighting, roofing, gutters, and facility fixtures
• Snow and ice removal during inclement weather
• Maintain campus grounds and Koi ponds
• Perform interior/exterior painting and general repairs
• Follow all safety rules and protocols
• Serve as essential staff during emergencies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of facility repair experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Forklift, Scissor Lift, and Boom Lift certifications
• Valid SC driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
