• Provide direct interpreting both on site and virtually, in a variety of settings throughout the state, using the modalities most accessible to consumers involved while adhering to standards of professional conduct.
• Assist in all aspects of scheduling for the unit including, but not limited to: fielding service requests via phone and email; creating, confirming, modifying, and canceling service requests; ensuring all service requests have required information, county tags, and service zones; rearranging assignments and service providers to maximize coverage.
• Update and maintain individual schedule and billing data for assigned service requests; ensure service requests have all required information; add applicable mileage to service requests; add assignments to invoice regularly; communicate with scheduling team on the status of service requests.

• Bachelor's degree in interpreting, American Sign Language, Special Education, or related field and one (1) year interpreting experience or AA degree in interpreting and three (3) years experience.
• At least one of the following: RID certification, EIPA score of 3.5 or greater, SLPI score of Advance Plus or greater, or any other nationally recognized interpreter qualification.
