Junior Software Developer

Salary: $50-75K

• Develop and support internal applications and workflow automations that enhance business operations.
• Partner with multiple teams to identify process improvement opportunities and translate needs into practical solutions.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, and project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Test, debug, and enhance existing applications based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
• Create clear documentation to support application maintenance, knowledge sharing, and future development efforts.
• Evaluate automation opportunities, manage technical risks, and ensure solutions are accurate, secure, and effective.

• Minimum year of software development experience
• Proficiency in Python and Java script.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Git Hub Copilot.
• Working knowledge of databases, SQL, and API integrations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
