Trans Force is seeking a CDL A Yard Switcher to support local operations based in Spartanburg, SC.

CDL A Truck Driver Details

• Schedule:
  
  Sun-Fri. Start time 10 pm

• Pay: $23 Per Hour

• Route Type:
  Local

• Freight / Load Type:
  Recycled cardboard

• Equipment:
  Dry Van and Switcher Truck

• Handling:
  Yard Switching

CDL A Truck Driver Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL A

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

  Recent Dry Van

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Truck Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes

• Transport recycled cardboard in accordance with DOT and company safety standards. Move trailers on the yard. Backing into tight spaces

• Perform required handling tasks

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
