Clinical Business Intelligence Manager (AI Training) About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics teams, build trusted data infrastructure, and turn complex clinical datasets into insights that matter.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for seasoned healthcare analytics professionals who want meaningful work at the intersection of clinical data and cutting-edge AI.

- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends and actionable insights for leadership
- Connect complex, multi-source healthcare datasets to real‑world decisions that improve care delivery and organizational efficiency
- Ensure data governance standards and compliance requirements are met across all analytics outputs in regulated healthcare environments
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate clinical questions into data‑driven solutions
- Seasoned professional with strong experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management
- Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, and enterprise data models
- Deep familiarity working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare settings
- Strong SQL skills and hands‑on experience with leading BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- A natural leader who can guide technical teams while communicating clearly with clinical and executive stakeholders
- Detail‑oriented, rigorous, and committed to data accuracy and trust
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in EHR systems, claims data, or population health analytics
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or AI‑generated content evaluation
- Experience working in or alongside clinical operations, hospital systems, or health tech environments
- Work on cutting‑edge AI projects alongside world‑leading research laboratories
