• Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends and actionable insights for leadership
• Connect complex, multi-source healthcare datasets to real‑world decisions that improve care delivery and organizational efficiency
• Ensure data governance standards and compliance requirements are met across all analytics outputs in regulated healthcare environments
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate clinical questions into data‑driven solutions

• Seasoned professional with strong experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management
• Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, and enterprise data models
• Deep familiarity working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare settings
• Strong SQL skills and hands‑on experience with leading BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
• A natural leader who can guide technical teams while communicating clearly with clinical and executive stakeholders
• Detail‑oriented, rigorous, and committed to data accuracy and trust

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in EHR systems, claims data, or population health analytics
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or AI‑generated content evaluation
• Experience working in or alongside clinical operations, hospital systems, or health tech environments
