Leading a high-performing team of engineers, the full-time remote Dev Ops Engineering Manager will oversee CI/CD processes, ensure secure software delivery, and drive compliance standards while empowering developers to ship code securely.
Key Responsibilities- Build, lead, and mentor a team of CI/CD, Dev Ops, and Platform engineers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence
- Champion secure software delivery practices and maintain automated supply chain security controls, ensuring compliance with defined standards
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop and prioritize self-service developer portals and CI/CD capabilities that meet business needs
- 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role within a cloud-native SaaS environment
- Proven ability to lead and empower technical teams, driving organizational change and collaboration
- Expertise in CI/CD and Git Ops environments with a strong understanding of secure software delivery practices
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code to guide platform strategy and evaluate designs
- Experience tracking delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement in pipeline performance
