Truss Design Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an individual that has proven Management experience leading a Truss Design Team. This well-established company needs an individual to mentor "up and coming" designers, as well as assist as needed in Design Activities.

Leading Experienced Designers is a MUST
, as well as having good communication skills to effectively keep projects progressing on time with remote Designers.

• Miket Software Experience is Mandatory
• Truss Design Experience is Mandatory
• Management of other Design Team Members is Mandatory

• This position entails collaboration with Sales, Dispatch, Estimating, and Production Teams to ensure Designs are successful and properly delivered.
• Promoting Core Company Values is non-negotiable, this organization promotes a fantastic work/life balance and friendly family work environment.
• Train and Coach designers to effectively produce Truss Designs.
• Manage Workflow and Communication within the Department, monitor performance and oversee daily work.
• The ability to articulate, write reports and correspondence is needed.

Western South Dakota - must work on-site.
