Heat Treatment Process Engineer - Safety & Improvement

Role & responsibilities

• 1. Planning of heat treatment cycle according to production plan.
• 2. Preparation of Batch report & graphs.
• 3. Follow heat treatment through operators as per WI.
• 4. Following regular work through ERP system.
• 5. Preparation of NPD castings batch reports & Graphs.
• 6. Reporting of Machine related issues to maintenance team.
• 7. Provision of all necessary materials or tools to the operators.
• 8. Castings Inventory checking & maintain FIFO.
• 9. Follow up of shift wise manpower.
• 10. Rejection/rework controlling & maintaining zero percentage.
• 11. Verification of Product safety, counterfeit parts and FOD
• 12. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and establishes clear guidelines for the proper management and disposal of waste materials throughout our operations.
• 13. Ensuring a safe working environment and confirming the proper utilization of PPE s by employees for their respective task.
• 14. Incorporates robust safety protocols, risk assessments, and continuous improvement measures to proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards and promote a safe working environment.
