Role & responsibilities:
- Tool setting, movement, and setup change support
- NPD tool assembly, transfer, and prove-out
- Tool cleaning and maintenance coordination
- Tool life monitoring and improvement
- Inventory management and monthly stock checks
- Tool procurement coordination with purchase
- Supplier handling for tool issues and regrinding follow-up
- 5S implementation and tool crib organization
- Support tool trials, cost reduction, and standardization
Ensure tool availability and minimize machine stoppage
Preferred candidate profile :- Knowledge of CNC, VMC, HMC operations
- Experience with Zoller presetting
- MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/SAP
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools and their applications
