Location: 411 Calumet Ave N, De Smet, SD 57231, USA

Shift: 8 Hours - Night Shifts

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.50

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care and support with daily living activities.
• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and eating, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Monitor and record vital signs, report any changes to the supervising registered nurse.
• Help residents with mobility, including transferring, repositioning, and walking while using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in living areas and assist with food preparation during meal times to create a positive dining experience.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the nursing team regarding resident care and needs.
• Engage residents in wellness and recreational activities, encouraging their participation in various programs.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum age of 16, with prior experience in a nursing or care setting preferred.
• CNA certification required from the State Board of Nursing or be in the process of obtaining it.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, with at least 12 hours of continuing education annually.
• Must adhere to the organization’s standards of infection prevention and control.
