• Coordinate patient care, including assessment, education, triage, and interventions.
• Prioritize and triage patient needs, managing time effectively.
• Respond to emergent patient care situations with critical thinking and prompt assessment.
• Perform age-related patient assessment and interventions; schedule tests and interventions per provider orders.
• Use the nursing process to provide individualized care to female patients aged 18+ in an ambulatory setting.
• Care for patients in all phases of treatment, from assessment to follow-up, in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Maintain working knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR).
• Work with or without a provider in hospital settings; take call as needed with provider.
• Abide by healthcare agency policies and provide high-quality service as described by customers.
• Assess and triage patients with various conditions and devices, both in person and via electronic communication.
• Collaborate with providers during surgical and non-surgical procedures.
• Support outreach clinics, including travel by plane.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or multistate licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Obtain and maintain required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications.
