Spearfish Canyon Healthcare is looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the long‑term care unit at our skilled nursing facility. The primary purpose of the position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care, support staff, and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on our values.

• Provide comprehensive LPN care for long‑term care residents
• Take and monitor patient vital signs
• Assist patients with eating, dressing, and bathing
• Prepare patients for transfers or discharge
• Offer emotional support and education about treatments and procedures
• Comply with all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care
• Observe patient diet restrictions as prescribed by the physician
• Assist in the provision of emergency care

• Pay range: $30.00/hour – $35.00/hour (NOC Shift $1 Differential)
