Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

Online order fillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers and choose just the right apple, or select their favorite cereal. This position is extremely fast paced and gives you the opportunity to spend time in all departments shopping for our online customers and filling their orders.

Order fillers and delivery associates also dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during the holiday season. You may have to juggle shopping for online customers while helping in store customers.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may also be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
