Salesforce, the world’s leading AI‑powered CRM, is expanding its Agentforce Operations division. In this key senior sales leadership role you will drive revenue growth by selling cutting‑edge products that automate complex operational workflows and deliver trusted, human‑like reasoning at scale.
As a strategic sales leader you will formulate and execute a scalable sales strategy within a designated vertical, penetrating our existing Salesforce customer base and attracting new customers. You will help organizations radically scale operational capacity, reduce manual bottlenecks, and maximize ROI through autonomous agents that connect data, actions, and humans across the enterprise.
Core Responsibilities- Prospect and generate pipeline, achieving revenue targets for Agentforce Operations product suite.
- Navigate medium to long sales cycles for high‑value AI transformation deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and successful deployment for early adopters and expansion customers.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to create win‑win AI adoption opportunities.
- Communicate the value of Agentforce Operations to business leaders and C‑suite audiences.
- Drive revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts within the vertical.
- Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns focused on operational transformation, digital labor strategies, and AI automation.
- Generate and qualify leads, manage pipeline, and support core Account Executives in closing strategic enterprise deals.
- Engage stakeholders across Operations, IT, Customer Experience, and C‑suite leadership to understand business challenges and build tailored, outcome‑based AI solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM updates.
- Collaborate with solution engineers, AI specialists, marketing, and customer success teams for a seamless end‑to‑end client experience.
- 8+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience, ideally in SaaS, Conversational AI, RPA/Automation, Business Process Automation (BPA), or Cloud Enterprise Solutions.
- Deep industry expertise in one of the following:
Automobile, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Financial Services, Energy, Consumer Goods, or Technology. - Excellent presentation skills, especially for a C‑suite audience.
- Experience selling with Account Executives across the Salesforce ecosystem to generate new logos and expand existing footprint.
- Proven solution‑selling experience, value‑based selling, and demonstrating AI/automation ROI to multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, LLMs, autonomous agent architectures, and data orchestration platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud and Mule Soft.
- Familiarity with enterprise operational workflows, API ecosystems, and compliance/security frameworks for AI is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of exceeding sales goals in emerging technology sectors.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales processes involving IT and Business Unit leaders.
- Competitive spirit, resourcefulness, and a passion for solving complex operational problems with AI.
- Business acumen to articulate tangible ROI of shifting from manual workflows to autonomous digital workers.
- Expertise in objection handling (especially around AI trust, data security, and governance), negotiation, and closing high‑value deals.
- Cross‑functional collaboration skills and capability to act as a trusted advisor on digital transformation.
- Knowledge of competitors in the AI agent, RPA, and automation space, e.g., Microsoft Copilot, UiPath, OpenAI enterprise solutions.
