Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building utility systems;
Respond to calls related to electrical, plumbing, sanitary, HVAC, natural gas, and hydronic systems and perform regular and emergency maintenance;
Troubleshoot and repair hospital systems including medical gas, Translogic tube system, nurse call, paging, doors and locks, and elevators;
Evaluate and document daily work orders and repairs in a timely fashion;
Assist with maintenance work as assigned and adhere to maintenance performance standards
