Otterbein Senior Life in Ohio is seeking a Refurb Technician to support maintenance and grounds keeping across the Otterbein Community. The role covers painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, moving furniture and general repairs, with a Monday-Friday schedule and rotating on-call.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid Ohio driver's license, and proven experience in general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and related trades.
