We’re looking for aSoftware Engineer who will beworking onamental health platform that combines mobile technology with AI-powered therapy support. The product features anAI journal where patients record voice entries. These recordings are analysed byAI tohelp therapists identify the most effective treatment strategies for each patient.

The approach isrooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping patients change thinking patterns and develop healthier behaviors through guided problem-solving and relaxation techniques.

Software Engineers, QA Engineer, Dev Ops Engineer, UI-UXDesigner, Delivery Manager

• Develop and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications (iOS/Android) using React Native and Expo
• Design and implement arobust state management architecture using Redux Toolkit.
• Integrate with APIs and optimize data handling (caching, real-time updates) using RTK Query.
• Define testing strategies (unit, component, E2E) and ensure code quality inCI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Present technical solutions toclients and facilitate discussions regarding mobile application architecture.
• Present solutions directly toclients and facilitate architectural discussions

• 5+years of experience inmobile application development
• Deep expertise in advanced state management (Redux Toolkit) and data fetching/caching strategies (RTK Query)
• Proven experience building and managing projects within the Expo ecosystem (e.g., EAS Build, Dev Client)
• Strong experience consuming complex REST APIs and managing data persistence onmobile devices
• Deep understanding ofmodern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth 2.0) and secure token storage onmobile
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git Hub Actions, EAS) and release governance for the App Store and Google Play
• Fluency in English and the ability tolead client demos and team knowledge sharing
• Experience with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Codex orsimilar AIAssistants ishighly desirable

• Experience implementing audio processing features (e.g., recording orplayback) inamobile application
