We are seeking a high-energy Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead diverse, exciting projects for our client in IN. In this role, you will provide total administrative and technical leadership, ensuring every facet of construction-from initial estimating and budgeting to daily safety enforcement. If you are a proactive problem-solver who excels at managing budgets, coordinating subcontractors, and fostering long-term client relationships, we want to hear from you.
This position is onsite in Indianapolis (Central West Side).

- Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers
- Manages budget and financial reporting
- Updates schedule with support of subordinate managers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Acts as company representative to develop new business opportunities
- Reviews new project opportunities and establishes estimates
- Oversight of self-performed operations
- Four-year engineering or construction degree preferred
- 4 plus years of field experience
- Design Build experience a plus
- Thorough knowledge of estimating, project management and construction management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required. HH2, Plangrid, Procore and Timberline/Sage knowledge a plus
