Traveling Associate Dentist

We are actively seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults.

• Provide dental services to patients with the support of your team.
• Utilize Denta Pro software.
• Operate digital x-ray and Panorex units.
• Use fiber‑optic handpieces.
• Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
• Coordinate care with a team ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider.
• Serve a patient base primarily ages 3‑21 with up to 30% adult population, depending on location.
• Manage office flow of average 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients.
• Handle state insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix.

• DDS or DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you provide care or are eligible for licensure.
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
• Willing and able to travel to the required locations.
• Ability to earn additional compensation for traveling to other offices within your geographic area.

• Student loan repayment assistance: $1,000/month.
• Guaranteed daily rate up to $1,200/day during ramp period or a percentage of collections.
