• Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum to meet hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and leave bathrooms sparkling.
• Restock all guest room supplies, like soap and shampoo.
• Organize linen closet, restock cart, and prepare for the next day before shift ends.
• Remove trash and dirty linens.
• Greet guests with a friendly smile.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Protect equipment and ensure no inadequacies.
• Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety rules and company practices.
• Work with little supervision and maintain high performance.
• Provide customer‑oriented and friendly service.
• Prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Work quickly without compromising quality.

• A professional demeanor, clear communication skills, and appearance in a clean uniform.
• Ability to perform continuous movement: bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25‑30 pounds.
• Must stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours.
