As a Sales Representative with Vector Marketing, your primary role is to connect with customers through one-on-one appointments to demonstrate Cutco products. Our philosophy is centered on providing excellent customer service and letting the high quality of our products speak for itself.

You will not face the pressure of commission-only pay; instead, you are supported by a guaranteed base pay for every appointment you complete. This approach allows you to focus on building genuine customer relationships and honing your communication skills in a supportive environment.

• Representatives are paid a$30.00 base rate per appointment
  , regardless of whether a sale is made.
• You have the opportunity to increase your earnings through performance-based commissions.
• Your pay is calculated weekly and you will always receive the higher amount between your total base pay or your total commission for that week.
• All representatives are paid on a weekly basis that providing consistent and reliable income.
