Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. Seasons is now seeking a full-time Client Access Coordinator. The Client Access Coordinator will serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking services from the agency and will ensure they have a positive experience. They will gather registration and intake information, including demographic and insurance information, complete standardized screenings and assessments to determine the nature and extent of the client’s needs, and schedule the client’s initial services.
This position could be based in Spencer, Sheldon, or Sioux Center, IA.
$17-$21 per hour (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)
Requirements- A Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field is required
- At least 1 year of experience working directly with individuals with behavioral health concerns is preferred but not required
