Immediate Opening:
Box Wash/Box Repair/Rework Technician Monday to Friday, with possible Saturdays | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $17/hr

We are seeking a Box Wash and Repair/Rework Tech to join our team. This role involves the repair, maintenance, and efficient operation of seed boxes, box wash robots, bagging lines, and other warehouse systems. The technician will use hand and small power tools for mechanical repairs, operate forklifts, assist with shipments, and support the bagging line. Additionally, the technician will ensure the box wash robot systems are running smoothly by conducting inspections, troubleshooting, and implementing preventive maintenance.

A focus on safety, cleanliness, teamwork, and problem-solving is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, ideally with maintenance or technical experience. Knowledge of robotic systems, automation, or preventive maintenance practices is a plus. Strong mechanical skills, with experience using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer proficiency (e.g., email, spreadsheets, maintenance software). Flexibility to work shifts, including overtime as needed. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
