Demco is seeking experienced welders with at least one year of welding experience for our Spencer, IA facility. Prior MIG welding in multiple positions and thicknesses is required. Starting wage is based on experience, with a sign-on bonus available.
Hours are Monday - Thursday, 6am-4:30pm, with Fridays as needed. Benefits include extensive health coverages, vacation, and a 401k plan. Qualified applicants will pass a weld test and join a safety‑minded, cooperative team.
